blood pressure

I'll be 40 weeks on the 25th and have been having this for awhile.. I told my doctor at 35 weeks about it and she did an ultrasound to check my fluid levels but said it was nothing.. it had just started and I fear now that enough has leaked out to make a difference and maybe she just didn't catch it because I read about actually testing to see if it's fluids which she didn't do.. It doesn't smell like ammonia like I have read about leaking urine and it is definately clear. What should I do about this? I have been to L&D twice (once for high blood pressure and the next because I thought I was having contractions but nurse said they were BH) so I feel like I am just overreacting.
